Already post on CS, still waiting for dispatch email for 5800X that I ordered on Monday, suppose to deliver today with the DPD 1-3 days delivery, call this afternoon around 4:30pm and spoke with CS agent and told me will ship today and receive tomorrow, 8:37pm now and still no dispatch email...

Yeah, I am grateful OCUK honour the promotion, even when COD promotion is not out at the time when I ordered my RTX 3080.

I think your card need to ship to you first, than you can send a webnote to OCUK to claim it before January 11.

@Gibbo ASUS RTX 3080 TUF OC I'm still on queue 15 since 24/12, if the none-OC got upgrade to OC, what about us who paid the price for the OC? Is all 70 goes to the none-OC buyers? Are we gonna suffer more delay because of the mistake?
