Yes he was way down the pecking order last season and imo he wasn't outstanding but this season he is phenomenal, last season I groaned when he was in the starting eleven but now with his hard work in mid I think of him as a core player - not to be left out....

It's certainly doable but I find exposures of 15 -30 seconds are quite the norm with my D80 look in this thread for a shot taken with a D80...

Lol looks like I was completely and utterly wrong, all these huge 4 masted ships look the same to me :D I do remember looking at a Russian white 4 masted metal clad ship much like the ship in your shot but obviously your shot isn't it :o
