Yeah pricing wise that would make sense.. it's just there's been so many gigabyte 3070 eagle dropped over xmas we started making "Eagle has landed (again)" joke on our WhatsApp group. All of us have managed to get something now, mostly 3070 but only one of us managed a 3080.
Just wondering if something is up. I still have a subscription to a discord channel and there's been a flood of 3060 and 3070, but absolutely no 3080 at all. This just doesn't make any sense given that's the one that everyone wants so why wouldn't make more of them? Unless of course they're...
Oh and the reason I picked the Gigabyte one is because I'm really rusty with building PC having not done it from scratch for 8yrs. So I basically used the same component as the Machine and More YouTube video :D
Don't know about the MSI but for the Gigabyte board I just installed everything as per normal and start the PC. It would boot all the way to the bios screen where you can press "Del" to enter setup. From there you can flash the BIOS. Really easy.
