@nick695 You need to go to Extreme Tweaker -> DRAM Timing Control -> scroll down to "Power Down Mode"
Btw guys did the v3801 BIOS also corrupt the saved profiles???
In my particular case changing the RAM voltage to 1.37 and also disabling "Power Down Mode" fixed the random reboots on idle or lightweight desktop tasks.
The BIOS seams stable but at least form me when I apply my profiles some settings are corrupted and if you save and reboot the PC wont boot and have to reset the BIOS settings. So in my case i've entered all my settings manually again and saved the profile.

I was able to get 4.5Ghz on all cores at v1.2. Using CTR with Hybrid OC is also a nice aproach or just use it to find your CPU limits.
The speed are depends on how much storage you have left on the SSD. If you run the benchmark with just fresh Windows installation and drivers, nothing more you will probably get very close results to the advertised speeds.
