Google Pixel 8/8 Pro & Pixel Watch 2

mine just dies after a few days.... reboot fixes it. A quick reddit search says loads of folk have it, and it was the same with the pixel 7. Google support was useless.... and they are normally good, which makes me cynically think they know, but cant fix.

    Water mains, stop tap.

most stop **** leaks (from the shaft) can be repaired live. undo the top collar, wrap some ptfe round shaft, push down it down, then put the colar back on and tighten.

    Tado Thermostats

You need to use the wired thermostats - they will driectly control the zones. You need the extension kit to then control the boiler (the full kit comes with the extension kit)

Just moved house... I spent an hour in the boiler room mapping the system out. 2 boilers, a controlled mixer, 8 zone valves, hot water megaflow, timed pump for circulating hot water.... Flexed the old grey matter. To turn this smart...I will need 8 thermostats. Christ....

    Mortgage Rate Rises

I complete middle of the month... and it better not go wrong. I got a 10 year fixed, 1.98%, horrible amount.... and if the completion doesnt go through, the rates are now over 4.25% which would be a different ball game.

    The nervous wait to exchange....
