    New Trainers

I sold off most of mine in 2019 and kind of regret it to be honest. I don't think you are from the pictures, uk9?

I managed to rip the mudguard off the front of my left Shima shima the other weekend, thanks Manchester yet again with your loose flagstones!

    New Trainers

Yeh they are bit square like back in the darks days of the 2010s and the leather is a creasing nightmare. It seems nice quality but could be my strange feet, there is quite a few images on insta of this so I'm not sure. I've found with a lot of the releases lately the shapes are all over and QC...

Monitor options Dell U2722DE or LG27GP850

I just got 2 of the Dell 2722D for work at home (3d art) as I didn't need the extra connections on the DE. Build quality is impressive and I love the simple bezel especially on monitor arms. Just calibrated the displays with a Spyder, accuracy seems good enough for my work. The display manager...

    Who owns a Golf GTD / GTI / R?

Never really been into cars but always liked the GTI. So I did a bit of reading and now I'm obsessed. Are the prices really that inflated at the moment from covid? Looking at mk7.5 GTI PP now my commute is only once a week max. It will be parked on the street as well which I'm a bit concerned...

    **The Mental Health Thread**

Don't worry, everyone is different and with a very slow taper you can get off nicely. Paroxetine is notorious for withdrawal with fast tapers. When you come to the time to do that Google for support forums and they can guide you off with a taper programme.

    **The Mental Health Thread**

When I couldn't get off Paroxetine and went nuts with withdrawal they convinced me to take Pregablin and wanted me to cold turkey the antidepressant. I took 2x150mg a day, it did help a bit and I stabilized the anxiety after a while. I tapered it over 12 months last year to be safe with no...

    **The Mental Health Thread**

Most GP's are totally ignorant of withdrawal symptoms of Anti-depressants even with the adjustment to NICE guidelines. I have one GP telling me there is no withdrawal and the next saying they won't prescribe it anymore due to the problems withdrawing. I suffered for many years and still do with...

Cold sore (HSV-1) and herpes (HSV-2) can be transmitted to both the face area and genitals. Very contagious when active and still a possibility of passing it on when not visible as the virus is shedding at times. Can still catch it even with protection depending on location. Was never aware of...

    **The Mental Health Thread**

I've had it on and off but it's crippling me this time. I'm not even that anxious or depressed, I just feel dead! I've got good stuff going on but it feels like I can't even drive to work right now. It's taking it toll on my career and 0 energy to go on the dates I've arranged. Although that...

    **The Mental Health Thread**

Over the years I seem to have managed and lessened my anxiety with not fearing it as much. Meds totally screwed me up. One thing I cannot shake at all is fatigue. I have no energy, motivation, focus, brain fog. I exercise, climb, skateboard, eat pretty well, sleep with no real problems in my...

I did this for a long time and it got very messy and both of us very hurt. I'm not you but I would advise against it.
