thanks for your responses, from what you're saying I think I'll stay away from Thermalright for a while. The cost of me sending it back to Taiwan seems to be a false economy. I think I'll try writing another email with lots of capital letters to see if anything comes of it. p

yep, it's prime stable but I've only tested it for about 2 hours or so, it's rock solid whilst in windows, it's just this reboot thing. will try lowering the clock a bit to see how it goes. cheers p
