Exchanged today after months of being buggered about by our cash buyer. Completion on the 14th (only day the removals firm had left).

I can't see how they can repair the damage to that barrier in good time, several of the posts that are concreted into the ground are bent in half. Edit: looks like they are just driven straight into the ground, so they should be able to do it quite quickly then.

Maybe @EVH might want to prempte unlocking the thread?
