    Inhibitor in the central heating system and a magna filter clean , followed by bleeding the radiators. Should be good to go for winter !

    It the thudding from the ground where the issue is I should imagine, it must carry via the slabs and bounce back from the wall. Although it won't help, this issue is very minor compared to other neighbour noise issues, trust me on that one.

    75% LTV. Stuck with NatWest as have two accounts on the mortgage. Was on 2.29% from five years ago, ending in 6 months. Just fixed at 5.9% for two years. Over £300 extra a month were going to have to find.

    Just pumped it and a few air bubbles in the res. Yes it's literally an inch and the car moved forward. Drives fine apart from that.
