I have just received a phone call from Asus telling me they now have stock of the B3 Deluxe and are picking mine up tomorrow. The replacement will be sent out the same day as receipt of the faulty one. They are using UPS as the couriers.

As already said. Under SOGA the product was sold faulty and you are entitled to a refund or replacement, whichever is easier for the retailer (is the key part). They should offer a direct replacement and cover all carriage costs in doing so but are under no obligation to give you a refund now...

Check your BIOS version. Im running 1204 on my Asus Deluxe and have no double boot problems. Have you set the bios to use the XMP profile of your RAM? If you upgrade the bios, do a CMOS reset straight afterwards.
