The Direct CUII 6950 look good for oc'ing with that cooler was thinking of getting two myself for xfire to replace my 580 but i think my cpu will be a bottleneck or would it be ok?

Has anyone tried playing The witcher 2 on 'ULTRA' it stays around the 20's fps on my system with GTX580 but if u go into the settings set ultra then just turn somthing called 'Ubersampling' off it runs perfectly fine (40 minimum fps but mostly around70's) and i couldnt see a difference at all...

U think a 580 will cope ok with that res on full settings cos im looking at buyin a new monitor and didnt know if i should get the Hazro Hz27wc which does the higher res or just get a cheaper 27" and put up with 1920x1080/1200, im still on a 21" CRT so i gotta do somthin rapid.

4890 are still a very good card considering their age, i upgraded to a 460 from one then sold it a week later for a fiver less than i paid for it as it wasnt worth the money over what i already had. U thought of xfiring it?
