I have an MCP35x and yesterday I noticed that it wouldn't start when I switch on my PC. It tries to start turning but it seems as if there's something blocking it. After a couple of seconds it sometime starts up but not always. I guess I'll have to open it to see if there's something stuck...

The temperature of the MCP35x is at around 45degrees. Ambient temperature is around 30 degrees. Should I worry or is it normal. I'm measuring the temp with a probe placed just under the pump. Thanks in advance
