Good spot Dreeder. As it says on the tech analysis bit, they are apparently to aid brake cooling. If you look at the Imola tech analysis it describes the ferrari version of this in slightly more detail. I reckon it smooths the airflow going past the wheels too (IMO :)), the teams constantly...

What about the little MR2 Roadster/Spyder they seem to be in budget on autotrader. Not sure what the general consensus is on them, but I like them :D.
