What are the implications of making that cpu, mobo switch?

The case itself is a Lian Li PC-343B, and it's currently running on air, but our flat gets to 35+ in the summer, so the cooling being described as overkill sounds pretty good :) Am unlikely to do any overclocking though, but thanks for the headsup!

The current rig is based around a slighly aged Asus P5K Deluxe with a E8200 C2D Wolfdale in there, and 8gb of Ram. Booting off a 500gb WD drive, and running 4x4tb drives in a raid5 configuration, and GFX is a Nvidia GT 720. Pretty much all the other bits will remain as-is for now.
