Yeah BIOS is all stock, also tried manually applying stock settings for volts.
The PSU is good as far as I know, its a good one but possibly something breaking on it.
Think i have a spare one somewhere so could give that a go

If your torrenting, then yes I would use one (and do). It's also handy for other things like getting around region locks. Also if you travel a lot then using different counties can get you better flight/hotel prices.

Recently I've been having an issue with audio become more out of sync when playing videos, its normally after about half an hour when its noticeable and stopping/starting the vid fixes it.

You just sub and they will be added, sometimes restarting steam kicks them into life. Also depending on the game, you may need to enable them in the game.
Some games let you change the UI size in options, forget if skylines lets you. Doubt a third party app would be able to help as it would need to mod the game. There may be mods for individual games to do it.
You really need to get a base built, even just a basic tube so you can fit a lot of containers inside for storage. You can also get a room which scans for the silver/gold to make it really easy to find.
The mechanics in Witcher 3 are far better than the first 2. The first 2 games are good, but the play style was hard to get past. 3 is just a brilliant game all round.
