I've owned a Shuttle SN95G5V3 for around a year now and i've never had any problems, until later on last week when the machine would decide to randomly reboot itself and upon rebooting wouldn't even load DOS - all i get it a black screen
After a few attemps it will boot up but only...
Bulking up isn't getting fat and not gaining muscle.
To gain muscle you must have a calorie surplus.
If you want to gain muscle, you're more than likely to put some fat on as it's hard to tell (sometimes) where the line lies between eating just enough calories to put on mass and eating too...
The mouse isn't behaving itself properly.
You need to double click on things you should only single click on, the mouse pointer lags (checked the settings). I think the problem stems from the fact that the drivers won't install correctly. I get the following error:
Anyone know what...
Wow that diet is terrible
Read the first post he makes about diet. They're rough guidlines...you need to change it totally, i don't know where to start with it so have a read of the first post.
I run N-lited XP and i'm having problems with it auto-recognising my K750i.
I've had the same version of XP installed previously and the phone storage card was picked up fine as a USB Storage device, but it isn't doing it this time.
Anyway i can get this sorted?
They tend to go more pink and then white with a bit of sun.
Cocoa butter is supposed to help. I'd buy some and start using it before they get too bad - mine are pretty extreme
Depends - what do you want?
Bill star is pretty good for mass and strength, something you probably don't need in boxing in all honesty. Quality of gains all come down to diet.
You'll more than likely be entering intoa highly catabolic state when you're boxing. There's little you can do...
The split sounds ok.
I'd rather do a full body 2-3 times a week personally, they offer best bang for buck IMO.
Cardio before training is a no no as far as i'm concerned. Cardio should be as far away from weight training as possible.
I think you've got it wrong tbh.
Cardio before weights - not something i'd advocate personally unless it was a few hours after.
20 reps for 5 to 10 sets - not the rep scheme i'd be using, volume is far too much IMO.
Weight doesn't matter in respect it doesn't matter what you lift in...
