I had a bike fit and found my current 300mm seatpost is too short and I need to get a 350mm one so I would imagine more than 200mm will be showing. I was erring towards the alloy one myself as I have had no issues with my current one.

First time and I know what you mean. I've been going up and down crystal palace hill and have already knocked 1 min off my pb, not that it's getting any easier! Fun wasn't the word I used! Thought I was gonna have a heart attack.

It is called Saltbox hill, near biggin Hill airport. It wasn't long just got steep pretty quickly. I am a beginner only done about 100 miles on the new bike so please feel free to tell me to stop being stupid and just train more instead of buying new components!

Thanks. I mean through my Shure headphones. I've tried looking on the market place, have searched for EQ, equaliser etc and no hits. I even tried downloading some of the other music apps on there and none of them had EQ settings either.

Hi, after some investigation it appears my old mobo is not compatible with the newer type of ATI agp cards, the ones that are essentialy PCI-E parts running through a pci-e to agp converter. I've sent the card back and am gonna try and get hold of a NVIDIA card instead. thanks
