H&D2 Was absolutely awesome, completely forgotten about it til I saw this thread, dug the box out and had one of those precious moments ...... bought the add on, Sabre Squadron, but never played it ! Installing on another pc as I type, happy days :)
12 years it may be but I have never stopped playing it, alas many clans and servers have folded and cheating is rife but the game remains the most enjoyable.
cpu temps fine, 44C max, ironically since posting this it has behaved but I realise that I may eventually have to man up and flash bios for the very first time.
Tried removing battery and could get into bios after.
Thank you everyone for your prompt and learned replies.

Got a new pc, monitor, keyboard etc but used an old monitor lead that I knew had "issues".

Tried to look into Nvidia control panel and pop up tells me I am not connected to Nvidia gpu.

Tell me about it, had to tell the mrs all sorts of lies to justify the expense of this rig, I wanted the London Philarmonic Orchestra but only got a bloke with a penny whistle :(
Check the dishwasher baskets for chips in the plastic coating, the exposed metal rusts instantly and flakes attatch themselves to stainless cutlery, saucepans and the cabinet itself.
Either that or something is going into the dishwasher that is not suitable.
Yes.
Throw a few handfuls of salt in to kill the washing up liquid foam and NEVER put washing up liquid in again, its a stupid idea that can seriously mess up the filling system. Foam gets to places water cant and causes airlocks that either result in it overfilling giving an epic flood or no...
I'm talking myself out of work here but dishwashers are not maintenance free, its essential to check spray arm holes for blockages, clean filters and use a decent dishwasher cleaning product about once per month to keep them going.
Otherwise fatty deposits degrade the overall performance...
Can't believe some of the posts in this thread, some folk have to park partly on the kerb or traffic will be hindered, theres untold numbers of roads like this in London including mine. Some common sense has to be applied to allow folk to pass by on the pavement obviously.
Whats so difficult...
The biggest problem when hot and cold feeds are swapped is clothing damage. If the machine is rinsing in hot water and the water happens to be over 40C then expect colours to run and fabric to tighten.
The cost in £'s is negligible.
I lived in Stonebridge Road, Northfleet for about 4 years. Had some decent neighbours and basically found the area ok but then I did grow up in Deptford.
