I have my card at those clocks aswell and mine is under water which never goes above 45C load. I have a triple rad though. If i were you i would get a bigger rad and watercool the lot. its worth it.
as far as that email goes i would not expect to have to use ram timings that slack when you consider how expensive that ram is. I would suggest you read and understand the principles of overclocking so you can understand what it is you are doing to your pc rather than applying someone elses...

mate i think you may have rushed things slightly. You posted not so long ago about being a overclocking novice. Are you sure your DS3 was at fault and not inexperience being the cause of your troubles.
there is no such thing as absolutely stable setings for an oc. it differs from one set up to the next. youll need to read up and try for yourself. heres a good starting point.
