Thanks, that fix it although I did find the actual tool tips useful and there doesn't seem to be a way to keep those without activating that eye icon.

When hovering over a cockpit switch/control, I get a horrible arrow pointing to the direction of that control unless I'm looking directly at it. Does anyone know how to turn that off because I can't find a way to do that ?

The board came with F10 and booted fine. I then updated to F12.

I use the one on my RTX 2080 because it gives a faster speed than the MB USB 3, keeps the quest 2 charged over the official link cable and is more stable.

Same here although the stutter introduce in V25-V26 and the white flashes in FS2020 are fixed using link with my Quest2

I know but I think you'll find that option has been disabled in the latest version.

AFAIK, setting the render resolution in oculus home auto sets the Encode resolution width which does effect the image quality. ODT has no effect on that setting.
