Hi just wondering how long the Weston Digital Warranty period is for, had a drive since the 15th March 2005 and the other day SpeedFan shows the drive as 64% fitness and some other SMART Apps show "Reallocated Sector Count" as yellow, its gone from 200 140 200 to 190 140 190.

what drive has your pagefile on it? most of the time windows can cache on any drive that has a page file on. thats most probebly why the C:\ drive is drop free.

with the Athlon64 Chips, CPU MHz is king for performance, ram speed makes very little difference.

I'm running on the 166MHz divider at 2.5-3-3-11-1T 2.6v with the CPU at 240x10 and 1.55v, been running stable at those settings for the past year (with the 1GB kit) and its Prime95/S&M/OCCT/Memtest stable at those settings with the Geil Value 2GB Kit

install it on a nForce motherboard and install the nVidia IDE SW drivers, all data will be gone in weeks :D

My 2gb geil value kit gets to about 220MHz at 2.5-3-3-11

I'm using a Geil Value 2GB Kit, and its running fine at 2.5-3-3-6-1T at default volts (2.6) so you can pretty much ignore the 3-4-4-8 timings.

just to see what kind of headroom i had, its running 200MHz 2.5-3-3-6-1T (Default was 3-4-4-8) at 2.6v with the HTT at 240. (166MHz Memory Divider)

OCCT Does not like DEP in windows XP SP2, either disable it or add it to the exclusion list. then it should work fine as i used to have that problem at stock also.
