Did you watch Justice League? The original version was meh, his directors cut was great. The studio asks for a specific version, for cinema release, this usually has strict age related requirements and a set duration usually 90-120 minutes at most. What we got with the Snyder cut was a 4+ hour...

Depends on what the scenes were that got cut, if they had nudity/profanity or violence they may have been to much for a PG13, we already know the snyder cut with be R rated. The editor was Dody Dorn who did the snyder cut of justice league and the abyss/terminator 2.

    Rebel Moon | Netflix

Snyder said in an interview many important character building scenes and plot scenes were cut in order for the studio to meet their PG13 rating. The directors cut version will have all those scenes back, along with the violence which added a significant amount of grit to the movie.

Hopefully the snyder cut of this will follow soon after part 2 is released. Tried to watch part 1, but it just made no sense, then found out it was drastically cut for the PG13 certificate.

Being Diagnosed with ADHD (not medical thread)

Still waiting for titration myself, diagnosed back in February, not expected to receive medication until August/September, I went through Psychiatry-UK based in Cornwall, through the NHS right to choose scheme.

    Can they sack me?

My ex had an abortion 9 years ago, biggest regret of her life as she found out at the age of 31 she cannot have kids anymore. Despite my objections to it at the time, she had all the power and rights on her side, I had no say in it at all at the end of the day. As for the issue of the OP, you...

Should smart phones be banned for under 16s?

The 3310 wasn't a smart phone, it was just a phone with MMS and of course snake. The first proper smartphones, as in one with a touch screen much like we have now was the google g1, which came out in 2007, but it was the iPhone 1 that catapulted the industry, by the end of the year most adults...

Should smart phones be banned for under 16s?

Fair play if it works. I never knew just how disruptive they are in class until our lot started school and insisted on the latest iPhone because their friends have then. I got my first phone in 1998, a Motorola brick, years after I left school. Smartphones weren't really a thing until 2007...

This is getting ridiculous (energy prices - Strictly NO referrals!)

Just switched to octopus from scottishpower, using a referral link from a family member, so should hopefully be able to go agile or tracker. We shall see. ScottishPower put the service charge up to 68p/day vs Octopus at 65p which tbh is already insanely high. Based on these costs my bill will be...

Should smart phones be banned for under 16s?

Could you imagine the trouble us 90s kids would be in if social media was a thing then, lost count of how many people I tango'd in the school play ground!

Should smart phones be banned for under 16s?

Yes absolutely, but there no way to enforce.it. the only way is for schools to ban the use of them during school time. I'm.sure in years to come the correlation between mental health and self deletion rates will be attributed to social media and the impact on young minds it has. Certainly...

******Official Star Citizen / Squadron 42 Thread******

Cutlass black in excellent all-rounder for transport and early combat missions. You won't be doing hard bounty missions with it but certainly get enough cash to buy a better combat ship for hard and very hard bounty missions. It's an excellent ship as a stepping stone for mining and salvage...

Fears Sadiq Khan will bring in pay-per-mile road taxes after spending £3m on project

I'd vote for Mr binface. Can't possibly be worse than Sadiq, I expect he'd even manage to actually deliver some of those.

    Path of Exile(diablo clone)

Don't think they have ever nerfed a build mid league, if its too strong it will be gutted next league (how DD has avoided the nerfs is beyond me though)

£20,000 cash deposit limit from ‌1 July 2024?

There are options available for taking crypto as payment, and those transactions can be seamless and instant, just scan a QR code. The ones capable of doing this that I am aware of are regulated by the FCA so have the necessary KYC in place to prevent money laundering.

£20,000 cash deposit limit from ‌1 July 2024?

Depends on your business and the facilities available to you, you may not have internet access or a reliable connection for taking card payments. Plenty of rural locations without phone signal or broadband services still.

£20,000 cash deposit limit from ‌1 July 2024?

You deposit your crypto on an exchange, you change that crypto into whatever currency you want, and use the banking system to transfer it to your bank account. Your not depositing cash, your doing an electronic funds transfer which doesn't have the £20,000 restriction I would assume. I know...
