The old (current?) site is great for browsing, but it's not very functional. While the new site didn't look so good, it felt really powerful, showed you much more stuff, and was easy enough to use. Plus, it finally had user accounts and all that.

2x512mb Geil Value PC3200 worked very well for me in my NF7, back in the day.

Only clocks to 900mhz 4-4-4-12 for me, with 2.2v. It's ok but not fantastic.

Um the P5WDH CAN run 7900gtx, as well as 7950gx2. With the right drivers it can do SLI as well, so 2x7900gtx. You'd be best getting that and an E6600 rather than an AM2 thing.

I'm pretty sure that's Conroe itself. Motherboards support it can be out anytime, as they are all based around 975x, 965x and 945x chipsets so they will all support current P4's. It would make sense to launch them sooner rather than later tbh.

The first of the 060x's did 2.7ghz under stock volts. 3ghz on air was relatively easy. So i don't think these are fantastic steppings. So i wouldn't call 2.5ghz with a slightly increased voltage much good. Not criticising you Broon, just saying. Good work nonetheless.

yeah i reverted back to stock cooling the other day (water cooling was a bit loud). Even with the stock fan (not the cool heatpipe jobby, the dull one) i am currently doing 2.4ghz with stock volts and it's loading at 47c. SP2004 stable. 2.5ghz is an absolute doddle.

XP-M 2600 Stock is more like 2ghz than 1.67ghz. The 2500 runs at 1.8ghz so the 2600 is a wee bit higher.

can't argue with 2.6ghz stock voltage (my LDBHE 0601 UPMW X2 3800). Definitely save some money and get the X2 3800.
