    Case for Noctua NH-U12P SE1366

I'm going to be building an i7 rig for a friend soon and planning on using a Noctua NH-U12P for cooling, but by all accounts this cooler is pretty massive. Was hoping to use something like a Lian-Li A05 as its nice and compact but still has space for a large cooler. So does anyone know if it...

    Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport

Actually apperantly it'll do only 224mph with roof removed, and with the folding fabric roof which can be kept in the luggage an amazing 81mph

    headphones

The DT770 Pro's are good, but I wouldn't rate my set as ear defender good. If you're willing to spend a bit more there are the DT770 M's which are rated to 35dB of sound isolation (as opposed to 18dB for the pro model)

Spec Me A Mini ITX Case

They're rather hard to find these days, but if you can lay your hands on one the Hoojum Cubit3. Theres also a fair few, rather generic looking, mini-itx cases from companies like Morex and Travla, but you're going to have to find them yourself due to competitor linking rules. An interesting...

Lian Li v350 review *LOTS OF PICS*

A few shots of mine, not in too much detail, don't want to steal V|per's thunder after all. First up, the lovely brushed aluminium front The back. All expansion slots used, I've got this case pretty much as full as you can get it The neat side which you show off to all the...

Lian Li v350 review *LOTS OF PICS*

Mine didn't seem to do any clicking, so I had to add a normal screw in addition to the rails to secure it in place Because I had to be awkward and have 3 hard drives I have a Zalman 8000 in mine, and when I slid the tray in the fins scraped along the side of the gap. Bent a couple of them...

Lian Li v350 review *LOTS OF PICS*

I've had my v350 (in black, of course) for a month or two now. Its not as quiet as the Antec NSK2400 I had before it, but I can live with it. Few issues I've found with it: You can change which side the optical drives are on, but not the USB and headphone ports, meaning they're on the wrong...

Is this normal when transferring a number?

Hi, I brought a new iPhone yesterday, set it all up and used iTunes to tell O2 to move my phone number across from my old PAYG account. That all worked fine, got all the confirmation emails etc and the temp number they gave me for my iPhone started working straight away. That was all fine...

    Good do-it-all media player?

Thanks all. I'm trying VLC, and while it works great with files on my PC, I'm having a few issues getting it to work with Opera. Opera detected the plugin first time round, but when I went to watch some movie trailers on Apple's site to test it out, it crashed. Tried reinstalling both apps...

    Good do-it-all media player?

Hi After doing what turned out to be a completely unnecessary reinstall of Vista to fix what turned out to be a very simple hardware issue, I've come to reinstalling all my software. I previously had a huge mess of different media players for doing all sorts of different things, including...

    Good noise canceling cans?

Hi, I'm in the process of helping my Mum sort out a Christmas present for my Dad. Hes asked for some Bose Quiet Comfort or similar, but they're expensive to say the least. I have a set of Creative HN-700's which sit right at the other end of the price scale. They work, but aren't exactly...

Anyone with an Antec NSK 2480 Desktop Case...

I have the 2400, but I'm pretty sure the only difference between it and the 2480 is the PSU. I measure mine at 14.4cm(H) x 44.7cm(W) x 42cm(D), so its OcUK who appear to have the right numbers

    Software RAID 1 in Vista?

I received the disks today. They're all installed and running, but I haven't got an option to create a dynamic disk. Any reason that may be? [edit] ok a bit more hunting around has revealed that dynamic disks only work in Ultimate, not HP. Thats a bit of a kick in the teeth.

    Software RAID 1 in Vista?

Hi My question is pretty simple, does Vista support software RAID 1? I've ordered a pair of Western Digital SE16 500gig drives, and thanks to a massive oversight on my part only just realised my motherboard doesn't support hardware RAID. Googleing around hasn't really proven much help...
