I do not know which LED replacement bulbs to buy :(

Cree do not make any LED retrofit lamps that are generally available in the UK. They've recently launched a few for the US market but these are not yet available in the UK. The products linked will use Cree LEDs but the electronics, lenses and lamp body will be generic, cheap and Chinese...

How many GU10 LED bulbs for bedroom?

Have you ever seen 6500k light? You're probably going to regret putting that in your bedroom. Also, just to echo a few comments here. Don't cheap out on the LED bulbs, Phillips are your best bet and avoid unbranded Chinese ones. Their spec sheets are usually exaggerated and they won't last...

Train Ticket did not get stamped, can I use it again?

If you've put the ticket through the barriers at the start of your journey it's probably marked on the magstrip that you've already used it.

Battlefield 3 thread - Server details in opening post -

All the M26 variants are affected. For example even the M26 Slug will only do 34 damge with G3 + Heavy Barrel. You don't see too many people using that combo!

Isn't this available just about everywhere? I've seen it in 4x500ml cans in Morrisons and Tesco in three different parts of the country.

Have you tried updating to the Crysis 1.2 patch? That fixed the crossfire flickering problem for me.

    XFX HD5870 and MSI Afterburner?

I don't think the newer XFX 5870s have the hardware to allow software voltage changes. It was left off to reduce the price so you're going to have to live with it.

    Train fare websites ?

Just checked now and there's loads of trains availble at the lowest single fare of £11.50 on the two dates you mentioned. For example: 08:40-13:17 on the 29th and 11:22-16:03 or the 12:22-17:05 on the 1st. As you've got to change three times it might be worth looking at split ticketing but as...

    Train fare websites ?

Generally speaking the websites will all sell the same tickets at the same prices. The only exception to this are the TOCs websites who might sell further discounted tickets for their network only. It's always worth using a TOCs website as generally they don't charge booking/transaction fees...

    Problem with 5870 clocks

Uploaded with ImageShack.us Does any one know what's causing this? Should be pretty obvious from the picture but the clock speed is very rapidly changing which causes really bad flickering. It's not even at the full 3d clocks so maybe it's going between 2d and power saving? I'm not too...

Traveling by Train - 1st class seat dilema!

This seems to be a point a that is lost on many people but a train is a not a plane and should not be operated as such.

Traveling by Train - 1st class seat dilema!

Nearly almost half isn't a particularly compelling point. Although I do agree generally. A better example would be the Pendolinos as on a 9 car set there are four first class and five standard with the shop in standard class.

Traveling by Train - 1st class seat dilema!

Well, if you take Exeter Central to Atherton it will. However, you can get a direct train from Exeter St David to Manchester Picadilly which takes 4:10 and costs £25.50 advance. That's a much fairer comparison as I doubt your plane flies into Atherton! When you account for getting to the...

Traveling by Train - 1st class seat dilema!

It is heavily dependent on routes but there's a few general tips to save loads of money: Stay with the same TOC, both the journeys listed are direct journeys. TOCs tend to offer big discounts on their own tickets but if it's a combined route its harder to get cheap tickets. For example Coventry...

Traveling by Train - 1st class seat dilema!

Really? Unless you get up in the morning and decide to travel half way across the country the same day you can get some very cheap tickets. For example a few recents tickets I've got with a railcard: Coventry - Manchester £5.20 Coventry - Euston £4.95 Try doing that any cheaper or quicker...

    Nightclub work

Very little. If there's a notable act on then a lot of people I know do it for free entry. For normal club nights it depends. If there's the possibility of selling photos on the night then it's likely to be driven be commission otherwise something around minimum wage would be normal.

**Gigabyte Super OC GTX 480's - VERY LOW PRICES!**

DSR, while I've no doubt that it was faulty it was just easier to DSR it. For the sake of paying the £6 postage it wasn't worth going through the hassle of RMA especially as some people on here were getting no fault found despite having artefacts.
