The MSI Z790 Tomahawk Max is worth a look.
Compatible with the 14 series out of the box and a good bios.
I've built two systems with the non Max so far without bother, using Kingston DDR5 6400 32gb kits.
I have both Asus, on an older setup and a newly built Intel system, with the MSI Z790 Tomahawk. Both stable and solid.
Go with whichever gives you the feature set you need.
I'm not familiar with this case, so a quick question. Is the pump located behind the motherboard tray and what is clearance like with the psu?
Any pics of the completed look behind there?
Thanks
Currently have a 1080Ti and gaming at 1440p, so going to pick up a 4070 Super or original 4070Ti (if little to no difference in price) to play with until the 50 series show up next year.
Just put together a system for my son - 13600k; MSI Z790 Tomahawk and Kingston DDR5-5600.
Not much to be gained nowadays from the CPU, but a small overclock and undervolt done, then as a hobbyist, had some more 'fun' overclocking the RAM :)
