Thanks. That reaffirms my decision to list my car on AT. It's the cheapest non Cat. car on there and in much better condition than some of the higher priced ones, so even if I take a couple of thousand less than the advertised price I'll get more than what's currently being offered.

How likely is it that you will get paid more than the initial evaluation from companies like Motorway and Carwow?

The C63 is a little older with 10k more miles than my C43, but as I won't use it as much, pricewise it will be an almost straight swap. I did consider putting another ~£14k down and getting a new C63S with less miles but as it's not my main car I know I won't use it much and it will be money wasted.

Pretty much, yes. You need to register as a motor trader and there's quite a few steps involved. Not sure it warrants the effort for buying a bike/car and selling every now and then.

Made a deal on the C63 mentioned earlier. Going to keep my C43 for a month because I am still on the fence as it's been such a great car.

I did, it's a great car for the money. My only criticism is the safety systems are far too intrusive.

Yeah, it was at least half the cost. Annoyingly, the gear changes are still a bit jerky so I will ask them to reset the adaptions to see if that makes a difference. Been actively looking for C63 estates and there is not very much on the market that is >2017, low miles and decent options...

If my car comes with an app that I can schedule charges with, presumably I don't need a charger that is compatible with Octopus Go or other ev tariffs? I can just get any tariff and any EV charger and schedule the car to charge during off peak times?

I would like to see medical professionals get paid much more than they currently do. The amount of abuse they take on a daily basis due to factors outside their control is unacceptable.
