Hi guys, Thanks for the replies. My FSB was already showing as 266. I changed the memory to 800mhz as it was on auto and it is now showing correctly as PC2-6400. The CPU is still showing as 2.13 though, any ideas? Thanks :)

Hi Sir Random, No it was an intel system socket 478 p4 2.53 on a IT7-MAX2 motherboard. I never thought that would be a problem. Don't fancy formatting the drive as it has all my work and apps on it. Been using the drive for 2 years now so you can imagine how much stuff i have on it lol...
