I've had a total change of heart.... I'm going for the Canon 70-200 F4 L IS. it just seems like all the reviews say the picture quality is superb!

Have any of you got any opinions on this lens? I have a canon 7D and was wondering if any of you know if this lens is any good or if any of you have it? Thanks and look forward to hearing what you have to say.

But using my 7D with a crop factor of 1.6 the 200mm comes out at roughly 320mm anyway?

Sounds like it's well worth me getting one. I'd love the 2.8 but I just don't think I can afford it :0(
