even with just 2x1gb sticks of ram its not forced to run in 1T tho, well, mine wont and i have some OCZ 4000 2x1gb sticks that refuse to run in 1T.

so if everything is running fine using the 3328 settings and using 2T but you get errors when using 1T then the memory is ok ? i dont want to ring and make my self look totally stupid :)

ok 1 last question, with auto detect the memory is set to 2T not 1T now i thought this memory should be set to 1T and not 2T is this correct ?

ok thanks mate, i'll email them now and phone in the morning :) EDIT could it not be a setting thats faulty in the BIOS, and a new version might make it work ? memory controler etc never had problems like this before so im just find out stuff :)

just did a quick test with the same settings but changed it to 2T and it got past test 5 and seemed ok.. im wondering if i try and update the bios if this might help ?

hi just ran memtest from a bootable CD, after about 10mins i think it was test 5 i get a load of errors come up, setting used 3 - 3 - 2 - 8 1T@250 with 1:1 (400mhz ratio is it) is there anything else i can do to check anything or should i just ring up tomorrow and report it as being faulty ?
