Have you tried the sharing control panel under system preferences? There's an option for windows sharing there. Once that's turned on, it should just be a question of making a shared folder.

I'm about to make the move from a 146 @ 2.7 under water to a 165. Hopefully it'll go up to the same speed as the 146 so there won't be a performance loss with single threaded apps but a nice performance gain where the second core can be used. For around £100 it'll keep me ticking over til...

My Opteron 146 will hit 2.8Ghz, but I keep it at 2.7 for stabilities sake (9x300) on a cheapo ASRock motherboard.. oh, and on water cooling. HTH
