Works fine here. I did find it got very unresponsive once, and when I was in I checked the task manager and it turned out an app was using 100% cpu. Was fine once I killed the app.

Id suggest googling something like "is raid 0 worth it". Some pretty careful testing suggests no, and for some users it can actually slow you down depending what you do. Best read for yourself.

I always find "small" upgrades a bit of a disapointment. You might see a small improvement but it wont suddenly allow you to play next gen games. Id put the cash in a pot and save for a next gen system. The choice is yours :)!
