So I got a 5850 and i'm pretty happy with it but I have had an odd issue with my dual monitor setup. When I reboot it seems I have to reenable the second monitor every time. I'm not sure if its a windows problem or a CCC problem. CCC doesn't see the monitor until after I redetect it in windows...

I suspect its lower its clocks automatically so you use less power, generate less heat when there is less demand. Is it causing problems?
