That's not true, you don't have to phone them. But if you do, it just means that they have less time to organise return of the product i.e. paying return costs etc.

Depending on which fantasy league you are doing you may want to get rid of Lucas Neill, he's always getting sent off and booked so he may lose you loads of points.
