Reposting for anyone who hasnt seen this. Asus suite III users, try a fresh install it solved my problems. I had perfect fps in all other games. But cyberpunk reported 95% gpu and 60% cpu with 75 max fps, fresh windows install to stop the borked settings left behind from asus suite III still 95%...

ultra mainly, yep no rtx. I've played around with it and just prefer the game with high fps now, I played 10 hours or so with 50-60 so feels much nicer at this framerate.

I've managed to fix my FPS! I found an obscure thread on reddit talking about the asus suite III software. I installed this months ago and deleted shortly after, apparently deleting isn't enough and only a format will do. I'd used the hex editor, power management, config tweaks and saw maybe...

I don't understand how the reviewers all get similar fps (without the hex editor, or any config changes) My 3080 and 5600x still will not go over 60 to 80 fps on 1080p with rtx off, they get it to over 150!. My only small similarity is at 1440p but even them im 10+fps behind the benchmarks...

Interesting my cpu usage never goes much over 40%. Gpu can fluctuate from 60 to 95% depends on where I am. I am not totally hooked on it so might wait a year for performance fixes before I give it some serious hours like I did with Witcher

Ive got one coming on order and just updated my b450 gigabyte mobo to f60c bios (which supports 5000 series apparently) its only a beta bios though. Anyone else done the same, would be good to know it works so I dont need to buy a 550 from somewhere.
