I don't really get the chance to celebrate Xmas due to work commitments which makes me fill a bit left out.. such as life.

Xmas day routine? Working - usually works every year on this day as it's one of the key days we can allow downtime for major changes/projects at work. We decided to celebrate Xmas/3 Kings day on the 6th January 2013 instead.

Load of rubbish, as long the note is NOT cut they will accept it. The fee is 10 sterling pounds, it can be 2 x fivers or 1 x ten pound note. If you are a couple for example giving them a twenty pounds note is OK.
