Hi, i have just put together my i7 system, but i think getting 3gb wasnt enougth for GTA iv. I have OCZ PC3-10666, 1333Mhz Intel XMP Triple Channel (3x1Gb Kit) Should i buy another set to give me 6gb or should i buy a whole new 6gb kit. Does having it in 3 x 2 benefit over 6 x 1?

You were right, the motherboard did boot with the Phenom 2 installed but i did have to update the bios to get the correct description in the bios menu.

Are there any boards that will run with the phenom 2 out the box?

I am just wondering if the motherboard will already have the bios update, if not how will i be able to flash the bios using the phenom 2? I dont have a compatible CPU standing by.
