I seem to recall Gears had AA as well? Are you sure your monitor handles 1366x resolution well? Try lowering the resolution and see if that improves the picture quality. It could be your monitor struggling with a too high resolution.

looks stretched to me :confused: surely you can't have the screenput set as widescreen on a non widescreen screen and have no stretching?

i run mine on a 19 inch non widescreen IIyama monitor. Image quality is absolutely stunning :) regarding the VGA cable, I got the official Microsoft VGA HD AV Cable and according to many it's the best one to get. Stay away from 3rd party.
