As previously stated your insurance company would provide cover for this under public liability.
For the liability to be picked up by the insurer, you would have to be negligent.
Generally this means that you were aware of this issue with the branch of the tree and chose not to do...
Insurance is all about risk, if you have a large amount of savings / cash to cover you for that one in the million incident then you can take that risk.
For the majority of the people, that is not the case and the best way to manage that risk is insurance.
The biggest issue I see with...
I would also check with the insurer but if its any help, when I checked my insurer last week, it was not an problem as the w.h.o are not advising against travel.
I agree........... I am addicted. Marks and Spencers sell them but rebadged as M&S Jelly Belly Beans. After Xmas they had reduced all the boxes from £9.XX to £3.XX.......
I stocked up !!
RIP Honey,
To the OP, chin up and my thoughts are with you.
Today is one of the hardest days you have but you were kind enough to give an elderly dog a good home for the remainder of her days.
Remember the good times and smile, it helped me.

In life you get a bucket full of luck and an empty bucket of experience.......
The challenge is to fill the bucket full of experience, before the bucket of luck runs out.
You obviously give a **** as you have posted numerous times ?
Its a forum, if you want to read and post, do it, if you dont want to read a topic, dont ?
Try living life positively, It can be enjoyable ;)

So how is the OP collecting hats any different to what you do.............
The only other thing I would mention is that some Insurance Policies limit a certain percentage for Valuables i.e 30% of the total sum insured.
Some companies states that Computer, Audio and Visual equipment are valuables, so if you insure for £20k you only get £6K for valuables in the event...
It would be a Unspecified Single Article Limit, so would be based on any 1 item.
Check out quidco, if you have not already, there were some excellent cashbacks for various companies when i last looked.
