Just got a call from 'well known online retailer'. He said that they got a call from Panasonic saying that one of the FX-3 cameras in a batch they received had a fault, so they had to test them all to find it, before they sent them out. So problem solved. Thanks for the replies! :)

I can understand if it was bought on the high street and that was the case, but this was bought online. Plus the charger, battery, manual, and camera, are all in their packaging, but none of them are sealed . They are all open. So based on this, would this get the alarm bells ringing...

So the general consensus is that I'm being paranoid? No-one gets concerned that they've just bought a B-grade product even though they've paid the full retail price?

Hi, Just bought a Panasonic Fx-3 camera from 'well known online retailer' that was delivered today by Parcelforce. Everything is inside, but the box was not sealed in anyway. There was no plastic shrink wrap over the box, or a big sticker over the join to indicate that it has not been opened...

When you open a new tab, do you get a blank page, or does your home page come up - assuming your not clicking on a link?
