Yes, I got out of the car to find a suitable spot to take the shot. Obviously shooting straight at the sun introduces lens flare to the image.

Not much detail to show unfortunately, but I knew this is how the image would look, and it was my intention. Balancing the exposure to not blow out the sun/sky was more important.
