Had a cheaper single battery ryobi one and it ran out too soon/didnt have enough grunt. 4ah battery, lawn is in total about 50m2. It died way too soon, plastic bit on height adjuster failed. Got credit to get a replacement and jumped to the brushless twin battery one and it does the whole lot...

What are the rules/regs on that? I have a side of my house that would be ideal for it, but its ~1 meter of my land from house to boundry wall (low, 2ft), then neighbours flowerbeds/side door. Only windows on that side are bathrooms.

These: I used to run 3x of them (IDmax 12 D2) in my classic bug... That was silly loud. rebuilding atm with a pair of infinity perfect 10's.. More of an SQ install these days.

^This. The first Kw installed makes the biggest difference, as you use more of it/most of it. Covers all the background usage etc when the sun shines. This is why (IMO) all new builds should have at least 1Kwp installed.
