Widely expected to be revealed during The Game Awards on December 7th John Riccitiello who you may be more familiar with as the former CEO of Unity and "that" pay per install fiasco. To be fair his comments were made back in 2012 and shut down immediately.

I'd wouldn't encourage someone to buy a video game just to make some money tbh. There are exceptions but there's much better things people can do with their money.

Collectors price is insane not going to disagree there, people pay insane money for these collector items.

There was one dungeon (forgot the name) which Kripparrian and others were entering that had a good number of elite packs, pulling them all together killing them and resetting over and over for efficency. It wasn't fun gameplay and I don't think this was what Blizzard intended with the reset ability.
