Got a Sony Vaio VGN-SZ61WN laptop, with a bit of a tricky problem! It runs vista, and a few days ago decide not to boot up, run the repair on the vista disk and all was ok, same thing happened again a day later, tested the hard disk, all ok, but decided to get a new drive as the current one...

I play a few games, Battlefield 2 etc. But would be nice to eventually play games like the new GTA etc. And I really dont mind, I use AMD at the moment and build them all the time for customers, but am perfectly happy with intel. Cheers, Dave

Dont take the risk, even if it is underclocked or w/e, its still a risk. Do you ever leave your computer on when you go out? Im sure we all leave it on when we pop to the shops, wouldnt be happy to come home and find the entire tower is in flames. Better safe than sorry, better to get it done...
