For ABS on a smooth PEI a craft shop purple glue stick is excellent and just washes off. PLA I print on textured PEI with nothing else.

Personally I would not recommend a Bamboo to someone with zero 3DP experience. As much as a great printer it may be, it's not like 2D printer. If you get a blocked nozzle (minor) or a complete toolhead PCB failure (major) it's not an easy job to fixed with zero knowledge either of those things...

Well considering I've been doing this a while super easy, but it's not hard to setup just reference data sheets etc, the Voron runs klipper, so for the most part use the available config and change/add what's needed.

It's SKR :). I run an SKR E3 Mini V2 in my Voron V0.1.

Probably should have added more info, sorry. Tried medication a couple of times over the years, I didn't really feel any different taking it. Also tried CBT and counseling over the years and again didn't have any long term effects.
