Swim 22.03.....bike 54.11.......run 31.08......total time 1.50.48. 750m swim, 22.5k bike and 5.5k off road run. Like I said not a fast time but for an old chap who only started this exercise thing a year ago I am happy.

Did my first triathlon today, might not have been the fastest time ever but got the time I aimed for when I entered 4 months ago and the weather was a bit wild today,3c hail snow wind rain etc...........quite a few in hospital with hypothermia.

Gisburn is only 20 mins from where i live, it is very good but car parking can be a problem at weekends. There is a new car park being built this year but at the moment the best time to go is midweek if you can.The Hully Gully black run is the highlight of Gisburn Forest .
