I just bought a pair of Mpow M5 for £36 after seeing a fair few good recommendations. Any more thoughts from longer term use?
Thanks to everyone in this thread who mentioned Scarbir Audio; the amount of earphones on the market make it almost impossible to know where to start without a helping...
I just bought a Western Digital Mybook 500gb external hard drive. I'm just about to back up all my files, but i noticed my 2 internal drives are NTFS and the new external is Fat32. Should i reformat this to NTFS to match?
My k750i is on its last legs and i need a cheap replacement. Im not really bothered about music players etc, all i want is a decent user interface and a large capacity to store text messages (getting a bit fed up of deleting old texts). Can anyone make a recommendation?

Not too shabby.
2 of my friends have Ixus 75s and my sister has either the 80/85, can't remember which. They all seem pretty happy with them barring minor gripes, but depends how much of an issue the limited zoom is. The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 has a pretty big zoom (10x) but i think it's a bit bigger than your...
I popped into my local store today and had a play with a couple, the Canon 450D seemed really nice and i liked the way the controls were set out. The Nikon 60D didn't impress me that much (although i'd like to have a bit longer to play and explore them, that was my first impression). I think...
Thanks for the advice guys, i think i'll have a peek in a camera shop and see what the SLRs in my budget are like, but maybe i'll be better off waiting till i get back from travelling and start work. Sounds like i'll need a steady income if im going to enter into the world of SLRs.
I bought a Fuji s6500sd about 6 months ago and it's been great but i'm about to go InterRailing around Europe in a few weeks. I've got a few hundred quid spare and am considering getting a DSLR because i want to make the most of the photographic opportunities while im travelling. I've been...
I've just finished a masters in Civil Engineering, I'm not going into it but most of my coursemates have had no trouble getting a job. A lot of universities have sponsorship schemes that can pair you up with a company to get experience while you're studying. When I started 4 years ago we were...
I'll be getting my MEng this year and then im going to be a professional hobo for a couple of years playing music, hopefully never needing to use my degree. Can't wait to graduate now, 4 years is a long time.
Can you only use this to record with the line6 software or can it be used with other programs like audacity as well? I noticed the ux2 (larger version with more inputs, phantom power etc) comes with a version of Ableton so thought this might apply to gx too?
How dare you say it was pap, you're ruining my childhood memories! :p Another vote for this one, they released it on dvd recently so worth picking up a copy. Shame it got cancelled.
