The car has spent the last two years in Devon and before that was in Coventry! I'm not actually too concerned about the car.
I don't think it's been clocked. The mileage matches the service receipts which I verified with the garages that carried them out (Lexus dealerships).
But yes, I can...
Hi all,
So earlier this week I went to take a look at an 05 Lexus GS 430 with 137k on the clock. It's been LPG converted which is a major draw for me as the fuel savings would be welcome.
The car has had 3 previous owners, two of which were in the first year (perhaps one was the original...
I don't know why I didn't try this before, it was so simple. It's been sat in my drawer for months because I hated the noise! I just chanced upon this thread and thought I'd give it a go.
Glad you got yours sorted too!
I placed the membrane back on the speaker and it worked again. So this is a non-destructive way of removing the buzzing, you can always put it back to how it was.
Give it a go! :)
Well that didn't take long! The speaker membrane is just held on by a magnet and will come off very easily with a small screwdriver. Tested it and it charges now with no noise.
Great success!
Well I just had a play around with it and realised it has a cap on it which pops off really easily. You can see a latch on it in your second photo, just lever that up with a small screwdriver. With the lid off you can see the speaker membrane.
This guy has another QI charger and just seems to...
I have a different QI charger with a circular pcb but it looks to have identical components to yours, just arranged differently.
I also find it really annoying when it beeps at night and had wondered how to silence it.
Buzzer looks the same as yours, I just don't know what I would need to do...
So I sold my Felt F95 and just finished building up my Kinesis T2 to replace it.
The Felt was too big for me (58cm frame) and after trying various things to get it to fit I decided it would be best to just get a more appropriately sized bike.
I will miss it, it's a great looking bike and...
You can get some very good USB wifi dongles now which aren't expensive at all. £77 price difference between the two motherboards. It's your money so your choice but I sure as hell wouldn't pay £77 just for wifi.
It would be far better to spend that money on a faster processor like the...
To me that motherboard looks completely overkill for your intended use as a media player. The Asus H81I-Plus at £69 would do everything you need it to at less than half the price of the Z87 board.
Also, in terms of PSU, you say you want to up it from 350W. I'm using an i5 3570k overclocked a...
I took some photos last night for an event at my students union. One of the guys who works for the union media team was there with a 1DX and 70-200 f2.8 which is owned by the uni.
I managed to have a very quick go with it and can't believe just how good the kit is! What I hadn't realised is...
In Recuva, go to Options - Actions tab - Tick 'Scan for non-deleted files' and 'Deep Scan'. Then run a scan on the drive. If that doesn't work then I don't know what else you can do!
In Lightroom -> Lens Corrections tick 'Remove Chromatic Aberration'. Then under Defringe, where it says 'Amount', Bump up the slider until the purple fringe is removed. That should do it.
Looks like it. Your brakes will have the model number embossed on the back of them if you need to check. Doubt there's that much difference in the fixing bolts between models anyway so should be ok.
Me too. Always experienced good service from them, very helpful staff.
If you can't find one on SJS Cycles then I'd be surprised. They have a big supply of Shimano brake spares.

That's essentially the same as my Triopo tripod I posted in this thread a while ago: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showpost.php?p=23755874&postcount=2700. It's been updated slightly since I bought mine though.
Both Sirui and Triopo are Chinese brands which use a similar design to Gitzo...
