well if u are going to use it as a media device as well i would get PS3, because it is very quiet and has bluray (HD films) and they look superb. 360 like having a hairdrier on underneath the tv. Most the top games are on both consoles.

PS3 is very quiet, my V+ is louder than ps3, you would not know the ps3 is on. My washing machine was quieter than my 360.:)

I have vista upgrade retail arriving hopefully on monday. If i upgrade with the dvd that comes (32 bit) and activate , can i still ask for and install a 64 bit install dvd , or do i have to apply on site above first and wait for them to send me a 64 bit dvd.
