Kunnak on xs had a set that ran better at tighter timings and lower voltage. Infact he just sold them, i believe they did 3-3-2-7 @ 260mhz with just 2.2volts (modded dfi expret bios).

Probably looking at some ballistix, however a lot of uccc is reaching that kind of speed with 3-4-4-8.

Notice how slow that spi is though, at stock speeds it runs 29s which fugger showed one running stock @ 25s a while back, and at 2.95 its only 21s while here at 200mhz more its 5 seconds less.

Well apparently it used to use be-5 but seems like now its uccc.

It is possible, several people have had 2-2-2-5 on 2gb kits, cant go much above 200mhz, highest ive seen is 208.

If your going to use anything chemical use alcohol type solution. The thermal paste that comes with certain hsf's is ok, better than any pads, but its worth those few extra pounds if overclocking to get some as5/ceramique

I suggest people wait till theyre actually hitting retail channels 100%. Then we will see how they clock and they should drop to the same price as the fx57 currently is as AMD always has their top fx processor at same price grade.
